The shipment of your package
Ordered items are shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) from the order date.
The cost of standard shipping via Bartolini courier is €8.70.
Fili e Forme does not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).
During periods of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer than normal.
Scheduled Delivery:
If the customer indicates a preferred time for delivery, Fili e Forme will include it in the notes for the courier. However, the courier may at its discretion decide to wait or ignore the indication.
Orders received on Friday are processed starting from the following Monday, according to the times described and in relation to the chosen form of payment.
The courier does not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery will be postponed to the first non-holiday day.
Fili e Forme is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or causes of force majeure beyond the control of Fili e Forme.
Disputes and Complaints:
Any dispute regarding damage, missing items or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by Fili e Forme within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website. Otherwise, the dispute cannot be accepted.
Order Changes:
To make changes to an order already submitted, send an email to office@filieforme or a WhatsApp message to 3492742444. If the change is accepted, shipping will be delayed.
